‘Challenge to USA 21’ helps you by reviewing intern candidates’ qualifications to ensure that the applicants’background and experience are suitable for the program.In order to provide quicker service to applicants applying for the J-1 Visa, ‘Challenge to USA 21’ formed partnerships with certain sponsor organizations which The Department of State has authorized to administer J-1 Visa programs.• We maintain good relationships with host companies in order to coordinate good internship placements for the trainees/interns.• There are paid internships and unpaid internships, depending on a company’s preference. We will try our best to find paid internship positions for applicants.

A. Finding Housing Even though all participants are responsible for making their own housing arrangements, we will help you find good housing in efficient ways. We give advice on how to choose and find a place to live with our insightful information, being residents of New York for many years.
B. Acquiring a U.S. Driver’s License and Social Security Number
-We will assist you in acquiring a U.S. driver’s license and Social Security number when you arrive in the United Sates.
C. Staff Emergency Contacts
-We teach simple, quick ways to react properly when in an emergency situation. • If you do get into trouble, we will try and help you.
D. Internship Progress Review
-We follow up on a regular basis to see if the participant is adjusting well in his or her new workplace and the new living environment
E. Career Development Advice
-We will advise participants on how to improve interpersonal and communication skills, since it’s really important
